1, vendor identification

2, scope and acceptance

These terms govern all sales of tickets and experience packages made via tickets.aventyz. They apply to any consumer or business customer. By validating their order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms without reservation. They comply notably with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, UK GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018, Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002, and the STAR Code of Conduct.

3, products and services

• Standard tickets: official tickets for sport and cultural events
• VIP tickets: premium access or privileged seating
• Exclusive experience packages: meet-and-greets, backstage access, signed memorabilia, VIP lounges
• Corporate packages: bespoke offers for businesses

All products are subject to availability. Aventyz reserves the right to withdraw a product before order confirmation.

4, pricing and transparency

• Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£), VAT included where applicable
• All mandatory fees are included before payment
• No hidden fees (drip pricing prohibited)
• Dynamic pricing may apply
• The price is locked in at the moment of payment

5, order process

The contract is formed at payment validation. Aventyz may cancel an order in case of error, fraud or unavailability.

6, right of withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable regulations, tickets for fixed-date events are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. All sales are therefore firm and final, save for the exceptions set out in article 7.

8, experience packages

• Always tied to a ticket
• Featured guests may be replaced
• Venue rules must be respected
• Aventyz acts as an intermediary
• Photo and video restrictions may apply

9, ticket usage

• Valid only for the specified event
• Venue rules must be respected
• Resale prohibited without authorisation
• Lost tickets are not replaced

10, payment and security

Payment is processed via Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1). No payment card data is stored by Aventyz. Customers may benefit from Section 75 protection of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 for UK credit card payments.

11, limitation of liability

Aventyz is not liable for organisers, the conduct of the event, or indirect losses. Liability is limited to the amount paid. Mandatory legal exclusions remain applicable.

12, data protection

Processing is compliant with UK GDPR. Data is used only for order processing, customer communication and legal obligations. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability.

13, intellectual property

All content on the site is protected. Reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

14, force majeure

Aventyz is not liable in the event of unforeseeable circumstances (pandemic, disaster, etc.). Alternative solutions may be offered.

15, complaints and disputes

Contact: tickets@aventyz.com. Acknowledgement within 2 days, resolution within 14 days. Available remedies: STAR ADR, Citizens Advice, Small Claims Court, Section 75.

16, governing law

Governing law: England and Wales. Exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

17, modifications

Aventyz may amend these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

English version provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English wording shall prevail under the laws of England and Wales.
